Officials play an important role in setting sportsmanship standards. The NENOA strives to promote the importance of sportsmanship at all times while managing a game or match. Utilizing sportsmanship training geared towards providing different tools and methods recommended to best handle the varying challenges that develop from one game or match to the next.
